Ten(12) Commandments

Well I`ve had a brain freeze and not much to write about. Our tanks are doing more TPS then me, hence I cant steal aggro and my weekly visits to the creator have lessend.

But my guild is currently having issues with people not signing for hardmode raids and I dont know why. So me and the other officer have made a bulletproof(?) plan. We raid 3 days a week, usually we cleared Totc 25 normal in 1 hour leaving 2 hours to do Togc. This is day 1, now we have about 30-35 signed for this raid. Day 2 there`s 15-20 sign ups and day 3 is even less. So what`s the master plan? Each raid we do Togc first and then take 2 bosses down at the end. Is it working, hard to say, we`ll have to see at the end of this reset.

But here`s the Ten Commandments all should know!
1. Tanks, face bosses away from the raid. ALWAYS
2. Announce if you have to move the boss and by doing so you will have to face him towards the raid for a short while.
3. Melee DPS, dont stand on the boss as it is about to activate. Gormokk, worms etc are good examples. The bosses dont know that you are not a tank and they will smack you face down!
4. When RL says spread out, spread the fuck OUT. It`s quite simple and there`s usually a reason for it.
5. When big things are about to charge you, move da fuck away. Getting hit usually means getting smacked.
6. If big thing isnt directly on route towards you dont move towards the inpact point. That will result in a smack down.
7. DPS do what you are supposed to and healers heal what you are supposed to. If RL says nuke portal, you better go GUNG HO on it. Trust the others to do their job.
8. Dont attack things before the tank has it. That usually mean pulling aggro and getting smacked. Exeptions are; NONE
9. IF you have aggro reducing abilities use them BEFORE you take aggro, not after. Example; Warlock and mage are standing together, casting spells, drinking tee etc. Titter"The fucking lock"tot steals aggro.
Lock: "lol, soulshatter"
Boss targets poor mage
Poor mage dies
Mage: "WTF"
Lock: "lol, learn to use aggro reduction thingis"
10. Hunters and rogues use your abilities to help tonks out. Usually you can use them during fights aswell. Hell, rogues can use ToT on dps aswell aslong as treath isnt a problem.
11. Dont learn others to play their class if you cant play your class!
Example; Random raid member dies because he was the closest one to the boss. Reaction "WTF didnt even hit him" DOH, you where the closest one. Did he/she learn, nope, no, hell no. Next try, random raider does the same and reaction from the others: "GET THE FUCK BACK TO THE ENTRANCE, then you can come to the boss once he is engaged."

Random raid member later on has the friggin nerve to yell on others because they got hit by big thing. "Dude, you`ve kept fucking up during the raid. STFU"

12. DONT STAND IN POISON, FIRE ETC!

Do hardmodes like Epiphany.

Most likely everyone have either tried or cleared Grand Crusader. This is how we do stuff in Epiphany.

Northrend Beasts:
Phase 1 - Gormokk The Impaler
Tanks have a easy task, dont get more then 3 stacks of impale. Face Gormok away from melee and help out on Snobolds when you`re off tank duty.

DPS also have it easy. DPS stuff, ranged that gets "You no take candel" run into melee to get splash damage on Gormokk aswell. Dont stand in fire as that usually hurts.

Healers heal raid and tanks.

If you have priests, have them levitate ranged. If you get hit by the fire, levitate will be canceled and there will be no fire. WIN!

You have around 3 minuts to get 4 bolds and Gormokk down. So it "can" be dps heavy.

Bubbel tanks if they still have impale.

Phase 2 - Acidmaw and Dreadmaw
Tanks, keep their front away from the raid. Move the worms around when they are not stationary. This due to poison.

DPS, spread out and nuke Acidmaw down first. If you get poison or fire debuff do your thing accordingly.

Healers, same as DPS but you heal tanks and raid.

You have about 3 minuts to do this.

Phase 3 - Icehowl
At this point all you need to worry about is not getting run over by him.
Melee, if you stay at max melee range you avoid the knockback. Tank have back against the wall.

Stay spread, pop hero at first crash. Kill and collect your gear labeled HEROIC. This will greatly increase your e-peen in major cities.

3000m, 3km, 1,86miles, 3280y and I failed. Running in at 14,26 tells me I`m out of shape...

Who`s to blame? WoW or me?

Easiest thing is to blame WoW, but stuffing fast food, cake and other things without training takes its toll.

So my new years resolution, 12 something. I`m sure as hell tired of ending last in my department. Ofcourse this has been my aim for 3years now.

But atleast I rock at WoW, noone can take that away from me. This saturday we aim for the insanity title in ToGC and yes, there`s a lock called Titter'Fucking'Tot in the raid.

A Tribute to Mad Skilzz

So I`ve been busy for the last month, doing work stuff. So my blogging hasnt been a priority but reckon nobody has missed me, Titter or the creator.

But I`ve been gaming some and been jumping between Titter, my prot pala and huntard. All are collecting their upgrades and my e-peen is to big now, kinda like John Holmes only bigger.

We`ve had good progress on our 10man ToGC runs and are currently looking for the insanity achivment. It seems as gear improves our execution improves and we`ve now got 10man ToC cleared in 23 minuts. Not bad at all.

Epiphany has gone through some changes when our GM quit and I was left with some decisions to make on my own, either continue or start off fresh. I`m still in Epiphany and Atene is the new GM, we are taking a step towards beeing abit more focused on 25man HM and thats all gooooooooooood.

But I`m back and gonna bother you even more with grammar mistakes and spelling errors. I`m gonna finsih this post with one thing:

Was it that hard? Yes it was

Does it require 10 people focused? Yes it does

Did it feel good? Yes it did

Finally we got it down. We used 28 minuts to clear normal, just to set the standard. We used 2.5 hours to clear heroic. We had loads of tries on Anewb, but where close the whole time and finally we did it, with a healer dieing at the start of phase 3. How did we do it? 2 tank, 2 healers, 6 dps.

Hamsters

One is light skinned the other one is dark skinned, they are called Fjola and Edyis and are abit sadistic. We failed yet again to get a 25man raid going, fine with me. If people dont care, then I dont care. So we continued on GC 10man asshat mode.

But we gangbanged the twins, nasty sight and not easy as a 'nome. First attempt ended in a wipe, Tittertot had the decision:

a) Run far
b) Run the short distance

Yeah, you guessed it, I picked a!
Titter: Did I just stand by a white portal? but I choose to run all the fucking way over there?
Creator: Yeah, I was like "RUN FORREST, RUN!". Gave me a laugh.
Titter: Bah, well lessong learned the hard way!!!
Creator: Sure....
Titter: Fuck off!

But The mighty Titter and the other asshats rebuffed and took down the twins. 1 shaman fell in combat and recived the Purple Heart for his bravery and then suddenly he was alive again. God works in mysterious ways but sometimes its just nice to have a druid among us.

Anewb'Arak is the only boss left now, we had 14-15 tries on it yesterday and its abit harder then normal, just abit. We have 9 tries left and we are gonna put em to good use tonight..

Raiding as Meta/Demo part 1

As I have mentioned I`m the demolock in our guild, my own choice ofcourse. Now for all aspiring warlock out there, this is not a specc in which you will own damage meteres. If you do there are two posibilites:

a) Your outgear the others
b) The DPS doesnt have a fucking clue

The reason for having a demo lock is Demonic Pact and lack of a Fire mage. When your spellpower is greater then 2810 you`ll give more spellpower to the raid then ToW(Totem of Wrath), 5/5 in ISP(Improved Shadow Bolt) gives the ranged 5% crit to the target, this is a 30second debuff.

I`m going to experiment more on how much the raid really benifits from my buffs in fights. Last wednesday I ran as Demo in the Crusader raid, next time I`m going to run as Destruction and then compare on Epiphany raid, this will not give me the exact numbers for everything but it should give me a general idea of its uses.

What I`m after is to know if my DPS loss is greater or less then the overall raid dps gain. If I loose 1k dps then the remaining casters need to make up for that.

But if you are in a guild that runs 25 mans and lack Elemental shamans and Mages with scorch, the DPS gain will be good for the remaining casters. And you should go as Demo/Meta.

In a 10 man enviroment, the casters will most likly not make up for the DPS loss you`ll have as meta/demo. Depending on raid comp ofcourse.

In the next post I`ll post my specc, glyphs to use and general rotation and CD usage.

And btw, I went out early in out texas hold 'em tournement. IT SUCKED!

Lack of Title

Couldnt think about anything, still cant think, brain is just there but not really. It feels like I`m still asleep but dreaming that I woke up, got dressed and went to work. That would suck....

Grand Crusader was talked about in the last post and yesterday we had another go at this instance.

We had a new setup, less squishy one and apparantly the Northrend Beasts have gotten several changes, making them easier. Used 6 tries though, tank kept dieing or a caster was humped by "YOU NO TAKE CANDEL" while fire landed. Goooooood combination.

Lord Jaraxxus has been buffed some, Mistress of pain will spawn quicker from the portal, so DPS needs to react quickly. Had 14 tries and then he went down in a flawless kill.

Faction Champions; Last reset we had the resto druid and resto shaman, GOD DAMN THAT SUCKED. At one attempt we dealt 1.5 million damage to the shaman and he recived 1.8 million healing, that`s with Mortal Strike up. Also the warrior and ret paladin where running around ganging up and ¤&#)&!U raiders. To say it in another way, there where 10 pissed of raiders, reallllly pissed of raiders. It didnt help when one of the young cubs joined VT and asked the following question
"Are you guys having problems logging in" imagin that with a high pitched, nasal voice that just triggers bloodrage in you. On top of that you`ve just smashed your head against a wall. For the sake of my own health I had to move the raid to Ulduar and bla bla.

But yesterday we had the following setup;
Resto Druid
Huntard
Holy Paladin
Death Knight
Enhance Shammy
Shadow Priest

GOOOOOOD, it felt so good, "CHOP THAT FUC(%#¤ TREE DOWN" "TAKE THAT SHAMAN"
and just nuke the rest, 5 attempts and they went down. AHHHHHHH, relief filled VT, shouts of joy, it was goooooooood.

Had 1 attempt on the Val'kyrs and they seem doable, more HP and more damage taken from orbs, shouldnt be to hard.

Gonna play Texas Hold'EM tonight, beer, poker and crappy company sounds like a good plan.

Gear and stuff

If you read on Elitist or The Warlock Den you`ll get the general idea what to focus on and how to play. Last post I wrote about this subject and my perspective is changed abit seens then. Demonology specc is quite usefull to the raid, when taking into account DPS for other casters and your own survivability.

But I`ve recently got some upgrades and yes, e-peen is now: <-----> and that`s quite satisfying... The new T 9.x 2xsetbonus is powerfull, I didnt think so at first but it gives you 10% crit, if you are going Destro and Empowered Imp. If you are Demo/Meta it increases the uptime on DP. As to what pieces to pick I think Legs and Hands are the best choices at the moment. Shoulders is an option aswell, but legs/hands combo gives the best stats.

The resent upgrades has caused me to loose 100 hasteraiting, but I`ve gained 5% crit and the changes are obvious. I`m actually competing for top damage now and a couple of weeks ago I was far from it.

Theorycrafting says that haste scales better with SP as we get better gear and I dont doubt it. With the 2 setbonus on T9, crit from gear will be changed to haste gear WHEN the upgrades come. My goal is to reach 1.9 incin cast speed unbuffed and I think it should be doable to get 1.8 as Epiphany cleares more content.

As to aggro management, always start fights with CoE/CoD and Corr, immolate - Conflag - CB - Incin and keep this up. Dont bother using Corr in standard rotation, it is a DPS loss. Befriend the palas in the guild so that they give you salvation, you are gonna need it. Remember a dead damage dealer, deals 0 damage.

On a side note, Epiphany started with some HM yesterday. We took down FL with 2 towers, not a big deal but it was a messy kill. XT HM, took us 3 tries to get it down. Messy fight with 25 people and as caster it felt like I was just nuking those damned Life Sparks down. We tried IC with Steelbreaker last, was just messy, really messy. Ended up with us taking Molgeim last instead and we got the quest item.

Hodir HM is a challenge. We choose to go with 1tank, 5 healers, 19DPS. Each DPS need to pump out atleast 10k DPS througout the fight. We managed at best 135k raid dps, so tonight we`ll try some more and we`ll just have to see how it goes..

Yes we are still 9 asshats and 1 mighty 'nome. Aim for tonight was getting Heroic Crusader Coliseum down or atleast as much as we could. The normal CC is easy mode once you have the tactics under controle. Heroic is a diffrent ballpark, basicly the damage output is higher, there`s a timer to beat and you cant have casualties. You only have 50 attempts on all fights so there are limits.

But the tactics are exactly the same. Nuke boss, kill adds, move from fire/poison and stay alive. You have 2 minuts and 30seconds before the next encounter starts, with a good raid DPS the time limit is a none issue, but if 1 dies(Yes Titter'fucking'tot died alot) you are basicly screwed. But 15 tries later we had the buggers down.

When Icehowl targets 'nomes the raid should be ready for enrage, cause we cant run fast enough. Short legs FTL. The creator was laughing his ass of when Icehowl charged my tiny ass and fucked me over. Needles to say, we wiped on what was supposed to be a kill. Same happend to our pink haired 'nome. Blizz should buff our running speed, make it a racial, 50% increased running speed, that should put us on the same playing field as the rest of you long legs.

Breaking hard mode down:

Phase 1:
Boss gets a stacking damage buff.
The rest is just nuking things down. When someone gets a "YOU NO TAKE CANDEL" on their back, run into melee range and announce on VT. All DPS switch focus, and take it down, afterwards loot candel to enrage the others. "YOU NO TAKE CANDEL"
Tank switch on 3 stacks and bubbel(if you have) when the boss is down.

Phase 2:
We nuke the one that is standing still. This way you get them both low on HP and the enrage doesnt last that long. Stay spread and communicate. Fire/poison debuff needs to be called out.

Phase 3:
If you have 10 alive this is the easy part, if you have 'nomes it will make it harder. We pop Heroisme on the first wallchrash, you have 3 minuts untill Icehowl enrages, if you`ve come this far it`s a kill.

Collect loot that has Heroic written on them and your e-peen can grow by quite alot.

We had a look at the second boss and he seems fairly easy compared to NB encounter. Diffrence is that you have to kill the volcanos and the summoning party and he throws a curse on people. Tuesday is the day we use the remaining attempt and I expect to get more HM down.

Yesterday brought us the last boss in that pesky instance. I dont even know what it`s called yet. I switch between Collesuem(spelling), AC and Colliseum(Spelling) but anywhos, I R BACK. Casting shit and producing even more shit, my Shadow bolts where all over the place. Probably kinda why i did not deliver the DPS, but as earlier posts, I choose my Meta specc. With me was Mr. Emoguard, who I might add has done a splendid job latly and my transform into evol DEMON. Titter "the mighty" tot brings spellpowers to casters and 5% crit to spells, can I get a "AMEN", Halleluja brother...

But this specc gimps my DPS, hence my e-peen will shrink accordingly and that`s sumtin I dont like. The excuse, "but I give spellpower and crit" isnt valid. Atleast that`s what the rogues, warriors, hunters say. The rest loves us, yes they do.

Anyways, I`m Tittertot and I deliver. Last night we fought our way through the 4 challenges before yet another spider thing. This fight Tittertot likes cause of a few things.
a) Titter can stand still and just pewpew his guts out.
b) Titter gets to AoE stuff
c) Titter can stand still and just pewpew stuff.

The boss spawns 4 adds each time he is up. These adds gain a buff from each other, guess what? Tank them apart, good boy. When Anewb takes a dirt dive have adds on ice and take them down, this goes on until 30%. The Anewb uses Leaching Swarm which drains 10% of current HP from each raid member and heals him self. Guess what, make sure adds are dead, they will stop spawning, dont heal raid members unless it is needed.

So 6 tries and he went down. Guess what happend on the kill? Boss at 70%,takes a dirt dive, The amazing 'nome gets pursuited by Anewb and SMACK, 1 dead 'nome.

Titter: "FUCK ME"
Creator: "No thanks"
Titter: "Why, why is it that I die on every first kill we have, WHY???????? I didnt aggro the boss or anything, I was playing smart 'nome"
Creator: "Should have kited that shit through the snow"
Titter: "OH shut it! Smartarse"
Creator: ^^

So I met with my creator and down Anewb went. Everyone in the raid was so happy that they simply forgot to ressurect dead 'nome. Took them 2 min to realise that "the mighty" Tot was dead, WTF, every healer/caster should have me as focus frame by now, JEEEZ.

So we had 1 hour left, decided to try Hard mode. GG, we did something wrong but damn there`s some crazy requirments neeeded. Ah well, sunday is Ulduar and Monday should bring 3 hours of fun wiping.

Well probably not a smart idea but I`m sure it has been done. So why this rock thing? Ever tried discussing with a rock? I`ve not but I`m sure that the discussion I`ve just had was a near rock experience. How can you explain something to a person that doesnt want to see reason or see changes? There`s two options here:

a. I`m the one that has it the wrong way
b. The other one has it the wrong way and doesnt like the changes proposed

I work with a person like this, I proposed some small changes to a education program. Emphasis on small changes. They are in my view good changes, that`s the reason I made them but this person is questioning them. "WHY? Whats the purpose? Isnt the product good enough?" Well it is, but there`s always improvments to be made.

This brings me to the conclusion, changes are usually good and will evolve into something better. But how can you convince others that the changes are needed for further development, how do you convince a stone to float in the water or not crush windows on impact?

but it didnt work. I made a post on the officer forum and general forum that I was quitting the guild. There was plenty of reasons why I did this, most of all a diffrence in opinions.

Epiphany is one of those guilds that try the casual/hardcore approach and it is working to some extend, it`s just that the hardcore part isnt hardcore. As to my definition of hardcore it`s simply this. A player that when he/she raids does his/her best and always looks for ways to improve their game. Are always prepared, food, flasks, read up on tactics etc.

Hardcore for me isnt about raiding 7 days a week, 4-5 hours each night, cause there simply isnt any need for it, but having like minded people is important to me.

So as one of Epiphany officers I suggested we make a "raider" core in the guild. Rewarding those individuals that where like minded, again in theory this is a good idea, but there`s some problems. When 20 raiders/5casuals for normal clear was a rule, this meant we had to carry some people. In itself this isnt a big problem for us, as most atleast tried their best. But when you take a casual tank/healer the workload on the rest just get to much.

In the end this caused to much for me and I got tired of it. Doing the same things over and over again where just to much. I tried to quit the guild, made the posts and felt better straight away. My plans for the future where simple, run around and do nothing. Join some casuale PuG's etc etc etc.

What happende instead was that the GM of the guild wondered what it would take for me to stay and that questions had one simple answer. Hardcore part of the guild, with a raid roster of 30-35 people dedicated to raiding and pushing our limits. Still bearing the guild tag of Epiphany but with some small changes. So we`ll just have to see how this goes.

I feel like a attention whore right now, threatning with a /gquit if I didnt get my way.... BUT that was never this 'nomes intention...

Bored

I`m bored at work, just waiting on the clock to hit lunch time.

As I mentioned in the last post mighty Titter and 9 asshats went for some hard modes yesterday. All I can say is this, FIRE IS BAD, Mimiron hard mode is HARD. Jeeeeez, but it was fun. We actually got to phase 3 a couple of times but the thought about phase 4 wiped us. Imagine all that shait and FIRE on the floor. So after 2 hours of wiping we wiped 1 more time on normal, then just nuked him down. This week we`ll get more tries and WTB druid....

Up next General hardmode. Cant say it was much of a challenge, DPS was high, thing spawned and died, general died. Took us 4 attempts though, but not a hard hard mode.

3 achivments away from proto drake, Yogg-Saron, Mimiron and Dwarfs medium rare.

Would like to make a video, but then people would see how much my dps sucks. MS Warrior Caird did twice as much damage as me on Ignis. We are similar gear.... WTB 'nome wreak heavy havoc spell.

The Few, The Proud

Not the Marines, but the Mighty Titter and 9 other asshats from Epiphany.

Thursday last week, we came, we saw, we conquered. Lord Jaraxxus was the main focus and he went down on the first try... Dispelling, healing and general wreaking havoc was needed and down the demon went. Titter wants to be able to make a summoning portal of that size and Titter knows he can controle a demon of that size. The 'nome lock that summoned Lord Jaraxxus got killed by him. Titter was crying from the failure. 'nome locks are more powerfull then that!

Anyways, we had more time then expected, so we went for Ulduar and hardmodes. Turned out to be a good night for hardmodes. Flame Levithan with 4 towers took us about 1 hour. XT went down on the first try. Crazy Cat Lady achivment took 3 tries, Hodir went down with 30 seconds to spare. Thorim got 1 shotted and the rest of the evning went into Freya +3. We used about 1 hour and down she went.

Tonight we`ll go for Mimiron and getting that sucker down. Dont think it will cause us to much trouble and the we`ll have 1 hour with Algalon. Titter is so gonna send him back to where ever he came from. Titter is gonna make him run crying like a little b....!

25 asshats went into an extended raid last night. Last week we cleared most of Ulduar but had 2 keepers left. Thorim has caused pain before and has not been an encounter we`ve one shotted, last night we did though. Things went good enough and 5-6 deaths didnt cause to much trouble.

Hodir is a breeze and we simply nuked the bugger down.

As raidleader I decided we should try some crowd control on packs before the General, didnt work to well. So we ended up just tanking the lot and AoE'ing them down.

The General fight is simple, interrupt spell, spread out, pump out as much DPS as you can. It took us 4 tries and down he went. We had 3 melee on interrupt rotation and quite some laughs when one of our shammies couldnt figure out how to make the ^ over the i. Stupid shamans...... Anyways, if melee fails on interrupts to many times it`s a wipe, simple as that. If range doesnt stay spread, it`s a wipe.

From a warlock perspective the fight is like this. If you use normal rotation you`ll be out of mana quickly, I tried first with full destro and the dps was utterly crap. Lack of shadow crash residue didnt help. So I went Meta/destro specc, and having the Emo guard pushed my dps quite alot.

When you find yourself in the black residue, blow CD you have and nuke as hard as you can, haste buff, mana reduction on spells and increased damage will help.

As for the rest I kept CoD up the whole time, lifetap glyph active and wanded alot.

It defently requires experience to pump out max dps on this fight and it`s a melee friendly fight.

We got an hour on Yoggi aswell, hitting phase 2 everytime but failing big time there. On sunday we`ll have 3 hours of yogg tries and I think we`ll get that fucker down.

So Titter has been buzy bee latly. 3.2 didnt bring much changes to lock's wreaking havoc. On patch day 10 asshats decided to move into the new instance, was fun with something new. Took us some time to get the fights down but in the end it wasnt a big challenge. Titter recived a lvl item 232 wand and e-peen is now <--->, not bad for a 'nome. Also there`s been badge whoring, doing Ulduar 25 and Ulduar 10 asshats hard modes.

We recently recruited a shaman healer and I must say I`m impressed by this person. He`s a quick learner, humble in his approch and seems like a really good man. Best recruit in a long time and that makes me a happy 'nome.

I`ve recently taken upon me to be the guilds demo lock, bringing shiny spellpower love to the casters, but went back to destro in a naxx 25 pug. Guess what, it worked just fine. 'Nome Titter didnt steal aggro, didnt die and defently had an e-peen increase from wreaking major havoc to Naxx filth. And the rotation is soooooo much easier, it`s just facerolling all the way.

But I has alts, many alts, way to many alts. I`m an altoholic it seems.... I has a lvl 80 hunter, had him for awhile, second toon to 60 and was running around MC, BWL when we needed him. He`s called Karazka and is Orc, this hunter is stupid in so many ways. He pulls things and Feign Death, MD on random people to for the laugh of it, he`s an EVOL HUNTARD.

Last night Karazka traveled into Naxx as MM and got plenty of purple pixels, the best one was the gun from KT.

Moral of the story, E-peen > Money

I mean really, in a PUG everyone thinks about them self. There`s no check to see if item A is a better upgrade for person Y or person X. It`s 25 asshats running around, hoping to get lucky on rolls. I`ve got 0 regrets from rolling on things. I pull my weight in the instance, my thoughts are simple, the more I do the quicker I can get out of this shit. If I was a slacker, freshly dinged or sumtin like that I might think twice. But I`m not, I`m far from the perfect EJ hunter but I still do all that I can to make progress as fast as possible.

Last night Tittertot went to visit the death god... Big deal.

First off we one shotted mr.Mimiron, easy job for pr0 people. And Titter didnt die a singel time, I`m getting the hang on this living thing it seems.

Then we went to see the General, nast bugger. Having bear tank(Healz lolz) made it easy, on the third try he went down. Tittertot was experiencing some mana issues, must say thats not fun. We can thank higher powers that my emoguard can atleast run in straight lines and hit things.

The black stuff that comes after Shadow Crashes, made Titter Jizz in his pants. What Titter did not like was sharing this with a female 'nome. Black = Warlock thing, not mage thing......

The death god is one ugly mofo, I meen he looks like a fish(as the picture shows) Now we failed time after time, we got to phase 2 every time xept for one. But killing tentacles is seriuz buiznz. We even got to see phase 3 a couple of times, but we where doomed.

Titter: What`s wrong with us?
Creator: Well, you guys suck.
Titter: Haha, very mature, dickhead!
Creator: Well, it`s true!
Titter: I hate you, see you after next wipe though.

In the end we had to admit failure and went to shoot down a dragon and some flamy iron giant.

Titter had to go destro on the death god. Almost died a couple of times in phase 1, Titter simply doesnt like destro anymore. To much pewpew = dead 'nome.

Today 10 asshats will venture into the new raid thingy. Gonna be fun to see what kind of chaos mr.titter'nome can bring.

How hard is WoW

Me and a mate had sort of an discussion the other day, how hard is Wow?

I mean, how hard is it to do alot of dps? how hard is it to tank? and last, healing how hard is it?

Last night we failed at yet another Ulduar 25man run, so we did 10man instead. Only 1 hard mode and that was FL with 2 towers up. All was going pretty smooth until we reach Hodir. Hodir causes trouble that shouldnt be any trouble.

Indeed we do. But as a result a 'nome mage got some buffs and *p00f* died. /raid: WTF, lol 50k damage instant, lolroflpoffel.

"Easy on the dps please, if you are close to getting aggro; Either a)Stop DPS b)Use sumtin to lower threath."

It didnt happen again. Then one of the healers decided to stand still >< for 20seconds.... and not jumping on top of the snow... Fail, but again it only happend once.

Now when this happens it`s ok, that they hadnt read up on the fights or have forgotten from earlier tries, pisses me off but hey it only a game. Nah, its good when they atleast can show some progress, show some understanding. Some of us have got a 1337'nes view of our self, but that doesnt mean everyone else has the same.

But I`m getting abit tired now. There`s 0 progress, we`re missing classes and people. "Bring the person, not the class" is true in so many ways. Hopefully things will shapen up. Titter's want Ulduar down before this new patch comes.

But how hard is tanking, dps or healing. Fact is, it`s not hard, not one bit. It`s just people that are to friggin lazy to even bother trying out stuff. If spell/ability X does more then Y, then you use X. If Y in combination with Z does more then X, you use Z then Y.

But here`s the good part, once things get back on track there`ll be no lazy wankers in the raid. Healthy competition for the spots, that`s all we need.

Theorycrafting

Last night I spent some time reading up on Warlocks and PvE.

- Talent speccs
- Stat values
- Damage rotation

Now I wonder who these people are, I`ve got some knowledge but damn. These people have made shit that would take me quite some time to learn. Page up and page down with numbers, speccs, supposed dps and when and what to cast.

I know Warlock is a hard class to play cause there can be alot to pay attention to.

So what do I personally get from all this shit? Close to nothing, will it be helpfull to the casual player running about? Not likely.

What can 'nome do for you then? Probably help a little. Get addons that do the following;

- Keep track on DoT's and proccs
In my little head having things center screen helps alot. That's where my main focus is. I use(will post link) a addon that allows me to put icons up for the buffs I want. These are large and show time left on the spell.

- Castbar addon
I simply use Quartz here. It allows me to cast a spell quicker due to server latency. It`s for me a yellow bar with red in the end. The more red, the higher the latency. Once the bar reaches the red, I can start to cast my other spell. This will increase caster dps by alot.

My other tip is simply this, dont cut DoT's. Let DoT's run their full duration before you cast a new one. Take Immolate, this is a cast dot. So when Immolate has less duration then casttime, fire it up. If you are running Destro specc or some hybrid, incin and CB will do less damage if the immolate DoT is gone. After all, we`re trying to maximise DPS.

What curses to use. Curse of Doom is my favourit, 1 cast, 1 minut duration. To quote another lock "Fire and forget". I currently use Corruption as my second DoT but I try to cast this while running, it`s not heavy damage for destro locks atleast.

You also have curses that benifits the raid. Curse of Weakness, Curse of Elements and Curse of Tounges. All can be used to benifit the raid, but only CoE will increase your own dps.

When it comes to speccs, you basicly specc what you like :) If you find yourself in a hard core guild, you`ll probably have no benifit from this guide, so bugger of.

As I`ve mentioned earlier, I`m currently Meta/Demo specc. This is a utility specc for my guild and my raid. I give 5% crit to mobs I pewpew with Shadow Bolt and 10% of my Spellpower is given to other casters in the raid. I like this specc because it does decent damage, I`m no threath to the tank and I give healthy buffs to casters.

Now I`m tired of giving out tips, this is not what I want to do, but after having a heavy shot contest with the creator I lost the bet :(

All dungeons are resett, the same old is back up again. How can they take it?

The mighty Titter was just hanging around Dalaran, doing nothing. Absolutly nothing. I found my self a VoA 10 group and we went in and as normal I went about with my demonic schemes. Emalon dropped me pants, but my e-peen didnt get bigger.

Next up, Sarth 25 with 1 drake up. YAWN, I didnt manage to steal aggro once, close but no cigar.

Later on I joined a Naxx HC pug and it was an interesting experience. I met palas that buffed The Mighty Titter with might. Apparntly I`m supposed to be some kind of battle warlock that stabs things with my sword. The leaders spent soooo much time fixing groups and I had the feeling they where trying to get a Ph.D(?) in Naxxramas...

I lost a roll on hit gear to a holy priest. It seems like Healing now require hit.

But no hard feelings. I`m still rolling Demo specc, switched to destro but seems like it generates to much threath. Dead 'nome does nothing, though I miss my drinks with the Creator. He`s got some very old whisky. After about 4-5 hours the place was cleared and all I got was some shitty badges.

To future PUG dictators; Please know the instance, it makes Titter a sad friggin Panda when it goes slow.

Lessons learned last night:
- Healers need hit gear
- MP5 items are priest items
- Spirit is not a mage/warlock item, same goes for crit items
- Emoguard is still afraid of hights. Retard
- Pala tank going into heavy nerdRAGE cause they loose all rolls
- Giving blessings is hard, even harder to give the right one

It`s the new design for a new Achivment tabard.
Successfully lead and defeat each dungeon with random pugs.

But I`ve got nothing against Pugs, usually you find a group that is solid and have players that are interested in clearing as fast as possible. Think I`ve had more success then not.

Not Wow, but more frustrating

Didnt play World of War(lock)craft yesterday, been awhile tbh.

Instead I went out and played some golf. The simple fact that I havent killed someone or broken any clubs yet is beyond me. I rock at golf, I suck at golf, then suddenly I`m doing something new and I suck even more. Incoming nerdRAGE.

I do this thing when I get frustrated now. I line up, swing the club and the little bullshit white ball flies right. Usually there`s either a fucking rain forrest or a big lake on the right side, and the little fucker just does like a rogue and vanishes. I then take a new little white fucker, line up, swing and #"%!&#¤"&/"# to the right. I can do this a couple of times then simply nerdrage to the next tee.

Last night was almost complete when I managed to drive to the next tee, guess what; There was two people standing there........ The ball landed to the left of guy 1, guy 2 bent down a little and the ball bounced over his head. The normal thing to do here is yell "FOUR!!!!!!!!!!!!!" as loud as you can. I was so facinated by my hit that I simply whispered "four!". The ball went left, not right, facinating.

But it wasnt all bad, the times I got close to the green I rocked at my close play. Chipping near the cup and 1 put that shit. Some drives where exellent, I might just have broken the driver code, like Tom Hanks in The Da Vinci Code.

Think I`m gonna spend some time on the range and get my act together.

New reset today and the chance to increase my e-peen. Current status <--> hoping for <--->

Last night Titter topped the charts (Pictures to come), think I ended up with a solid 14 deaths and runner up with only 10(lol)

Sad thing though, Tittertots didnt die from angry mobs :( Just crappy AoE damage all over the place. Titter`s mad but is gonna make hell come to Azeroth next raid.

Titter went for a respecc aswell last night, only to please healers and other ranged dps. This is part of my "5 Steps to getting healers place you as focus target" plan. Titter went and specced heavy demo with Emoguard and Turn into a black demon. One word EVOL.

The only thing that bugged Titters was the fact that the emoguard is kinda stupid, borderline retarded. Can you say retarded or should Titter be political correct and say "Mentally challenged", think we`ll stick with retarded. But why you say? He couldnt make the jump from Thorims place down into the arena! Even huntards can make that jump. So Titter needed to have a little chat with mr. Emo himself.

Titter toughts

Fancy word play, I know. I`ve been pondering what this blog should be about, PvE, PvP, lock gameplay or whatever. Me and a buddy got a page where we write down tactics for Ulduar, both normal and hard modes. So this blog isnt gonna be about that atleast.

I`m new to lock, the class has always seemed like a fun class to play and I`m not dissapointed. But seens I lack experience in the class, I really cant begin doing theorylockcrafting either.

So I`m just gonna write things that comes into my head. I`m really good at dieing so I`m gonna start by doing a list of hints/tricks in PvE

1. Dont attack things before the tank has hit it. 'nome lock does some burst and when 'nome has done this a couple of times to much, tank gets upset and doesnt taunt >< 'nome dies
2. If more then 1 mob is present, attack the tanks focus target. If you dont, see 1.
3. Many more then 1 mob present, AoE is fun but see point 1 again.
4. Download Omen and reread point 1 to 3.
5. 'nome locks dont use life tap during AoE heavy encounters when you are running low on health. Can be done if you have befriended a healer that has you as focus target.
6. If you get aggro, make a macro and run from the tanks. /y 'NOME HAS AGGRO, I REPEAT 'NOME HAS AGGRO. This way healers and tanks are made aware.
7. 'nome's are squishy. WTB Vanish, iceblock or something else. Shadow bubbel would be cool as hell.
8. Demonic Circle. Place this 60y from thing you are gonna nuke. Place yourself 30y from thing. This way you have a really good head start on angry mob you`ve pissed off.

Tonight Titter "The pink haired 'nome" tot is going into Ulduar with the same 9 as last week. I`m gonna post my deathcount after it, cause as long as you top one list, you`ve done something right....

Ulduar Hard Modes

This week the pink haired 'nome has ventured into Ulduar with 9 and 24 other asshats to wreak havoc to the inhabitants there.

Tittertot climbed into a chopper and drow around like a mad man without purpose and like the good 'nome he is died several times due to heroic attempts. With fire and lightning all over the place, the 'nome finally met his creator while the rest fought and defeatet the tank.

Moving on to XT and his tantrums and evol spells the heart went down quickly enough, but as sure as the sun is hot, 'nome dies from spark. The creator granted him a ressurection but yet again, Titter bites the friggin dust. 9 other asshats finish the fight.

Iron council was up next and blue circle + no omen = some very bad shit for pink haired nomes. The only usefull thing 'nome did this fights was giving a soulstone to the main tank and thus saving the day. Yet again, 9 asshats saves the day with little 'nome having some drinks with the creator. The creator was less then happy with my performance and demanded I get something called Omen. I in turn blame the tank for not keeping things away from the almighty Titter.

Hodir posed some troubles, but in the end he went down. This magical device called omen actually helped Titter in his conquest and not once did Hodir run towards me in rage.

This is from sundays Ulduar 25, killed Freya and Thorim and wiped some on Mimiron. The Pink haired 'nome feels the tanks arnt doing their job. Protecting the friggin pink haired 'nome, but the question should be what the consequenses should be......

There`s no doubt there`ll be some sort vengance.

Anyways Tittertot is more or less happy with the week. Next week will bring more hellish plots from my side as I plan my revenge on the tanks...

The start

A 'nome lock named Tittertot was created some time ago. The name is from god knows where but it`s surly not a fitting name for someone wrecking havoc. It seems more like a friendly lock who will give you candy and compliments. I think we need to think about changing the name to something more fitting. Something cliché for a lock. DestructionIR, Death, Havoc, we`ll just have to see. For now the pink haired 'nome will have his hair pink and still answer to the name Titter"fucking"tot.

It`s been a bumpy road for the little bugger and levling was not fun at all. Until the Emoguard was created. Why the bastard didnt kill me is a mystery, lets face it. When together I reach up to his knees, the friggin axe he`s wielding is bigger then his master.

But here I am, level 80, dressed in purple pixels that lets my e-peen grow by
<-> this much. I`ve tried PvP and PvE and it`s all good fun for now.

Last night I ventured into Ulduar with my guild and it was the first time leading a raid and playing the lock at the same time, man did it suck. I sucked at DPS, fucked up my rotations and died alot. Only time I`ve died more is playing my enhance shammy, there`s a reason I got the nick name "Suicide Squid". A fellow officer even said he would pay me for changing my nick from Bagatov to Suicide Squid.

The diffrence is I died not from taking aggro but from failing on everything else.

My current specc is full destruction, and the rotation is simple. Imo > Chaos > Incin rinse and fucking repeat, but beeing a male, this multi tasking is not for me.

Hell yeah, spiderman got it right. Our hunters in the guild have been on the top of our charts for way to long and it`s time to bring them DOWN! I just need to get my act together and get some more purple pixels <-->. Like spiderman I need to get familiar with my awesome powers and keep 24 others in check. Easy task for the 'nome known as Tittertot.
